Gluten Free Moringa Noodles with Yellow Squash

Ingredients

Cube of Butter Squash , 1/4" Slices
Any yellow squash will work.

Fresh Moringa Pods, cut into 2" pieces
Or Green Beans

Butter
Adjust amount to taste, this will be the sauce.

garlic, pealed and chopped
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat
Wash & Cut your veggies from above. (Squash, Moringa, Garlic)
Add the veggetables to the fry pan and cook until tender.
Add 1 batch of the homemade noodles to the boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until they begin to float to the surface.
Drain noodles, add them to a large bowl.
Pour veggetables and sauce over the noodles, gently mix & enjoy!
